Facilities & Maintenance Staff

The Michigan Maritime Museum is seeking a versatile, motivated staff person to perform various duties on our newly expanded campus in South Haven. Duties will include but are not limited to: Opening and closing of the Museums outside exhibits, basic grounds upkeep, building maintenance and custodial services, assistance with exhibits on water and on land as well as helping to facilitate events. This position involves working with Museum volunteers and staff so good communication skills and the ability to work with others in a variety of scenarios is essential.  This position requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, some evenings, and holidays. Start dates would begin in May. This is a seasonal part-time position that has potential year-round growth. To apply, send resumes and references to ashley@mimaritime.org.
